Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the staff personnel management of the project department. To organize the training and assessment of project personnel;
2. Responsible for the filling, saving and management of overall project information, archives, documents and contracts;
3. Receiving and sending documents between the project department and the client;
4. The compilation and arrangement of documents, the transmission, circulation, and retrieval of documents;
5. Responsible for the logistics support of project personnel;
6. It is responsible for leading and supervising the exchange of project information;
7. Responsible for leading the management, use, and maintenance of the project computer management platform, and logging in to various
types of information in a timely manner;
8. Responsible for the establishment and management of concealed work image materials;
9. Responsible for the completion of various internal documents during the construction process, the completion of construction documents,
the collection, compilation and preservation of construction documents.
10. Responsible for the implementation of the reward and punishment system for members of the project department and construction personnel;
11. Responsible for the organization, filing, and preservation of internal office materials;
12. Responsible for the formulation and management of procurement contracts, construction contracts, safety contracts and other types of
contracts in the project department.
13. Responsible for the notification of meetings, meeting records, and the dissemination of meeting spirit and decisions. Archiving and
preservation of meeting records;
14. Responsible for the compilation of completion documents;
15. Responsible for the work temporarily assigned by the project manager.
